Pictures I took with Marie-Annick on a visit to the PumpkInferno show at Upper Canada Village. Because we had reserved a supper at the restaurant, we were allowed to enter the village earlier and thus able to see some of the displays in daylight. Later, we went on a whole village tour.

Continuing to tame the chipmunk, I put seeds on top of my hat near the fountain and I sit next to it. ShopVac enjoys his food. Then I put the hat on my head, but the chipmunk is not brave enough yet to climb on me.
ShopVac is the same Chipmunk who during the following years became a great little friend to whom I was able to teach several playful tricks.

I’m trying to tame the chipmunk. In order to do that, I’m putting peanuts on my foot and let him take them. He seems comfortable doing that. Then, I put some seeds on my hat on the garden table and again he’s quite comfortable eating them. We are making some progress.
ShopVac is the same Chipmunk who during the following years became a great little friend to whom I was able to teach several playful tricks.

Some Chipmunks are friendlier than others and ShopVac was one of them. I managed to train him to eat close to me. I used two cameras to film the event. The Chipmunk started imitating me by climbing onto the camera on the tripod.
I was able to film him using the other camera and succeeded in realizing this little montage. As you may notice, it was not an easy task to track him with the camera.
